• CWCCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of breach of rules, misconduct, non-payment of dues, or actions prejudicial to the interests of the Chamber.

5. Events & Registrations

Registration for seminars, conferences, trade delegations, and other events organised by CWCCI is subject to the specific terms announced for each event. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the Chamber. CWCCI reserves the right to change event dates, venues, speakers, or programme details without prior notice.

6. Payments

All payments made to CWCCI — whether for membership, certificates, event registrations, or any other services — shall be processed through authorized banking channels or secure online payment gateways. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details. CWCCI shall not be liable for any loss arising out of incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized transactions.

7. Intellectual Property
